  2. Not a single state having infrastructure/ well equipped labs,, FSSAI totally ignored prevalent practice of India. First Govt. should take the samples of food articles from their own go-down and see whether they are in accordance with provisions of Act, Rule sand Regulation. Trying to smash the food industry under the garb of stringent conditions. India is not America. The Govt should bring domestic law that too State wise environmental and geographical conditions.

Totally copy paste law, rules and regulation, which cannot be implemented at glance. Govt itself is not having facility of labs, warehouses, cold storage etc...

  3. Govt should first direct all the FDA that they should not take any coercive steps against the FBO for the period of at least 3 years i.e. till 4th of August 2014, else FBO has to face Inspector Raj in India and number of FBO has to shut down its establishment. That when Govt. has taken five year time to prepared the rules and regulation, so also the standards of the food articles are in pipe line. That Govt should first think whether Govt. really wants to support the FBO or want to finish arbitrarily. FSSAI Should Work in the interest of Nation (India) only.

  4. If we take the example of the provisions of the regulation 5.1 Procurement of raw material, then it is crystal clear that not a single food business operator can run his business as every food articles including water which is supplied by the corporation itself having pesticides in it. That As the FBO are not the manufacturer of the Grains, spices (Whole), Fruits, Vegetables etc. how they can be liable for punishment and penalty. That on the one hand govt is protecting the farmer and fishermen be exempting them. That if FBO purchase any food articles from farmer and if during the analysis if pesticides or toxic is detected in that event he cannot use the same as raw material in its processing.FSSAI is trying to blow hot and cold which is not permissible in law. That the FSSAI first ought to have carried out Soil test, Water Test, food articles lying in the FCI etc.. That Govt should come with a clean hands then ask the FBO for the same. That no facility, no infrastructure, no, labs, no education to farmer in regards to use of pesticides and toxic, That Govt is granting 1lakh corer subsidy to pesticides companies. Its really shame on the FSSAI and Central Govt. That the Govt ought to have completely ban the use of pesticides. That if the Govt. is going to ban the use of pesticides and insecticides from toady in that event it well take more than 50 years to curtail the tolerance limit of pesticides in water and soil.
