In case of Packaged Drinking Water, I always find it difficult to read Date of manufacture, Lot No. as the same is printed on the neck of the bottle which is transparent. In case of 25 litre jar and PP glasses, this information is invariably absent. I have brought it to the notice of Bureau of Indian Standards but they have not taken any action.
